Young Democrats Caucus
The YDC exists to encourage young people in our county to take active roles in their communities through community engagement, policy advocacy, direct political action, and to promote the ideals and philosophy of the Democratic Party.
We strive to promote candidates, ballot measures, and policies that advance economic, environmental, and social justice for all Oregonians. We are committed to empowering, preparing, and advancing young leaders in the Democratic Party; and to increasing the number of young elected officials in our county, state and nation.
Even if not a Democrat, if you are willing to support what we stand for and are between the ages of 15 and 35, you are welcome. Please fill out the Caucus Volunteer Form and select Young Democrats from the list. Thank you!
