Native American Caucus
The NAC will exist to help recruit, support and elect Native American Democrats and other progressives running for public office in Douglas County, State and National, as well as educate and encourage Native voters in Douglas County, and advocate and promote issues important to Native Americans in our communities and in the Democratic Party.
This Caucus is currently forming and we are looking for persons interested in making a difference.
Membership is open to any individual who is a citizen or a descendant of an American Indian, Alaska Native or Hawaiian tribe, nation or community, or who supports the purposes of the Native American Caucus. You must be actively involved to become and remain a member. Even if not a Democrat, if you are willing to support what we stand for, you are welcome.
